Yield: 4 cups
| 4 | large ripe mangoes, diced | ||

| 7 | green onions, chopped | ||

| 2 | large avocados, peeled and diced | ||
|  | |||
| 1 | red bell pepper, diced | ||
|  | |||
| 1 | jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced | ||
|  | |||
| 2 | tablespoons | chopped fresh cilantro | |
|  | |||
| 3 | tablespoons | fresh lime juice | |
|  | |||
| 2 | tablespoons | honey | |
|  | |||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
|  | |||
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Chill 1 hour.  
Serve with tortilla chips or spoon over grilled seafood or chicken.
