Maintenance Technician - Full Time

Full-Time Maintenance Technician Experience Preferred

Duties:

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repairs of all refrigeration, heating, and ventilation systems.
• Conduct general building upkeep tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, light welding, etc.)
• Minor repairs of forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, etc. as needed.
• Light electrical work on equipment.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical and structural systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain plumbing systems to ensure functionality.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds.
• Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including forklifts, power and hand tools, etc.
• Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• 2 years maintenance experience preferred but will train the right individual.
• Some on-call required.
