Lead Deli Clerk - FullTime

Full Time, Variable days/hours.

Ability to work in a team in a fast paced environment. Excellent customer service skills required. Must be 18+ and have a diploma/GED.

Duties Include:

Responsible for ordering, inventory, preparing, slicing, wrapping, weighing, pricing, and merchandising the deli products. Make daily and weekly schedules. Inform customers of products including handing out samples and making recommendations for purchase. Responsible for stocking and displaying the case and keeping it clean. Requires the use of an electric slicer, operating a pressure cooker, rotisserie, working around boiling water and the use of sharp knives. Management experience Preferred.
