Meat Cutter Apprentice - Full Time

Duties Include:

Prepares, cuts, and bones meat. Runs grinder, fork lift and operates tenderizer. Moves beef received, works receiving and unloads merchandise, wraps meat, stocks freezer, throws meat load and rotates the product, fills and faces meat case, and reworks product. Answers phones when necessary, writes cutting list for needed items, assists customers, work on assigned projects as time allows, and cleans work area.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a team in a fast paced environment.

Excellent customer service skills

Two years retail meat cutting experience preferred (willing to train the right
applicant)

Must be 18+

High school graduate, diploma or GED

Will train through apprentice program. Bi-Lingual preferred.
